Mathivathani Thirupathy

Mathivathani (Maddie) Thirupathy is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in service design and user experience. Currently serving as a Senior Service Designer for Strategy & Innovation at Superside since December 2022, Maddie previously held a Master's internship in service design at Deloitte and spent over five years at ThoughtWorks, where responsibilities included leading agile project designs, mentoring, and contributing to team growth. Project highlights include enhancing AI and Data Science initiatives with user-centric design, advancing a mattress company into sleep-tech innovation, and launching mobile e-commerce for a major US retailer. Maddie's educational background includes a Specialising Master's degree in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano, an M.Des in Design for Retail Experience from the National Institute of Design, and a B.Tech in Industrial Biotechnology from SASTRA University.
