Dr. Stacey Petruszka has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. Dr. Stacey is currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at Lummus Technology, where they are responsible for establishing training and development programs to support the company's growth plans. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of Organization Effectiveness & Learning at Motiva Enterprises LLC. Dr. Stacey has also held roles as the Senior Director of Global Technical Learning & Development at FieldCore and the Manager of Petroleum Learning & Development at BHP Billiton. Dr. Petruszka's experience also includes being the Director of Learning & Development at Tesco Corporation, where they managed a team and implemented various training programs. Dr. Stacey has also worked at Chevron and ExxonMobil, where they held roles related to organizational development and global security operations analysis. Before entering the corporate world, Dr. Petruszka worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston and Rice University. Dr. Stacey began their career as a mathematics instructor at Lamar High School in Houston ISD.

Dr. Stacey Petruszka holds a Doctorate Degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston, obtained from 1998 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their M.S in Mathematical Sciences from the same university from 1994 to 1998. Dr. Stacey also has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Houston, earned between 1984 to 1990. Additionally, Dr. Petruszka has obtained various certifications including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation and certifications in managing stress, improving emotional intelligence, and the Birkman Method Assessment. Dr. Stacey is also a Texas Teacher Certificate holder.
