Catherine Robson has held a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2011. Catherine has been the Founder of Affinity Private Advisors since 2011 and Co-Chair of the AFA Inspire Committee in Victoria since 2014. In 2017, they became a Non Executive Director, Chair, and Investor for Scale Investors Ltd. In 2018, they became an Investor for Galileo Platforms. In 2019, they became a Non Executive Director and Investor for TalkiPlay, and in 2020 they became a Non Executive Director for Equity Trustees, Director for Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited, and Non Executive Director for Greater Bank. In 2022, they will become an Investment Committee Member for Female Leaders VC Fund. Additionally, they have been the Podcast Host of Success Stories since 2016.

Catherine Robson completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Asian Studies and Japanese language at The Australian National University from 1992 to 1994. Catherine then completed a LLB (Hon) in Law from 1992 to 1996. In 1997 to 1999, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA). In 2002 to 2004, they obtained an LLM (Tax) in Masters of Laws majoring in tax from the University of Melbourne. In 2014, they completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2019, they obtained a VC Catalyst in Venture Capital from the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship. In June 2022, they obtained a certification in Becoming a More Digital Savvy Board Member from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Catherine also obtained a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) from the Financial Planning Association of Australia. Catherine also attended Monte Sant' Angelo Mercy College.
