Saanika Kadam

Saanika Kadam is currently an Incoming 2025 Global Markets Summer Analyst at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking since April 2024 and a Private Credit Summer Intern at Intermediate Capital Group, also starting in March 2024. Saanika is a member of the Spring 2024 cohort at GenUnion and serves as a Financial Sales Intern at Lumos Learning. Additionally, Saanika holds the position of Fundraising Chair at Ascend Leadership since September 2023 and is actively involved in the Rutgers Road to Wall Street Program as a member of Cohort 13. As Events Chair for the Rutgers Business Information Technology Society and a Management Consultant for the Rutgers Corporate Finance Society, Saanika's leadership extends to the Events Committee of Beta Alpha Psi International. Prior experience includes serving as a Precalculus Student Instructor at Rutgers University from September to December 2023. Saanika is pursuing a degree at Rutgers Business School, expected to graduate in May 2026, after completing high school at Hillsborough High School in June 2022.
