Jacquelyn Wong is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, operations, and analytics. Currently serving as People Alchemist at Lumos since October 2022, Jacquelyn co-founded Spindle and Grain in 2019, specializing in intricate handmade jewelry and tapestries. Prior roles include Head of HR, Sales & Operations at OfficeTogether, where responsibilities included leading business operations for office reservation software, and People Analytics & Strategy Lead at Coinbase, contributing to significant company growth and establishing employee resource groups. Jacquelyn's earlier experience includes analytical positions at Google, Citigroup, and various internships, strengthened by an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA from Stanford University, complemented by study at Peking University and Freie Universität Berlin.
