Ryan Frantz

Ryan Frantz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ryan currently serves as the Director Of Engineering at Lumos Labs (Lumosity) since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Engineer at the same company from October 2020 to September 2021.

Before joining Lumos Labs, Ryan co-founded and served as the CTO of Jeli, Inc. from September 2019 to September 2020.

Ryan also worked at Bloomberg LP as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2017 to August 2019.

Ryan's previous experience includes working at Etsy, where they held various roles such as Staff Operations Engineer from August 2015 to March 2017, Senior Operations Engineer from November 2013 to August 2015, and Web Operations Engineer from January 2013 to November 2013.

Prior to Etsy, they served as the Technical Services Director at InforMed, LLC from August 2008 to December 2012, and as a Senior System Administrator from January 2004 to August 2008.

Ryan started their career as a System Administrator at Acclamation Systems, Inc. from October 1998 to December 2003.

Ryan Frantz attended Pittsburgh Technical College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Electronic Technology. Later, they enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2008 to 2011, earning a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management.
