Nono Mthana

Nono Mthana is an experienced human resources professional with over 18 years in the field. Currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at Lumotech (Pty) Ltd since January 2022, Nono has previously held the position of Employee Relations Manager at the same company from January 2012 to June 2022, focusing on recruitment and industrial relations. Prior roles include Human Resources Specialist at Lumotech South Africa from October 2009 to December 2011 and Human Resources Practitioner at Shatterprufe from March 2005 to September 2009. Nono holds a B-Tech in Human Resources Management from Port Elizabeth Technikon, earned between 1996 and 1999, and completed Grade 12 at Marymount High School from 1991 to 1995.
