Vickie Motte

Vickie Motte has over 38 years of work experience in various HR roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of People at Luna Grill starting from May 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Interim HR Leader at Luna Grill from December 2021 to May 2022. From 2009 to 2020, Vickie worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Stone Brewing Co. Before that, they held similar positions as Vice President of Human Resources at La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company from 2006 to 2009, Director of Human Resources at CompassLearning from 2004 to 2006, Sr HR Manager at Invitrogen from 2001 to 2004, and HR Manager at Quest Diagnostics from 1998 to 2001. Vickie started their career at Allergan in 1983, where they worked as a Training Associate and HR Representative for 15 years.

Vickie Motte pursued their education at various institutions. From 1993 to 1997, they attended the University of Phoenix, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Later, from 2005 to 2007, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Organizational Leadership at Chapman University.
