Marine Hybois

Marine Hybois has worked in the Human Resources field since 2005. In that time, they have held a variety of roles, including HR Assistant & Retail Assistant at Audemars Piguet (2005), Junior Recruitment Coordinator at Finders SA (2010), HR Administration Coordinator, HRIS Administration & Benefits Specialist, and HR Generalist at Coty (2015-2022), and most recently Human Resources Operations Specialist at Lunaphore (2022). During their time at Coty, they were in charge of the Finance population from local to global roles, and was a key player in the HR department for the divestiture project from Coty and the Wella Company.

Marine Hybois obtained a Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste en Ressouces Humaines from IFAGE between 2019 and 2020 in the field of Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général. Marine also attended FER Geneve in 2017 to study Social insurances. In 2014 and 2015, they attended IFAGE and earned a Certificat d'assistante en gestion du personnel in the same field. Finally, between 2005 and 2008, they obtained a Certificat Fédéral de Capacités - CFC from Centre Professionnel du Nord Vaudois in the field of Commercial employee.
