Mark Hoehne

Mark Hoehne is an experienced engineering professional with a strong focus on thermal design and product development in the energy and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Director of Thermal Design at Lunar Energy, Mark is responsible for the thermal design of power electronics and energy storage systems. Previous roles include Sr. Manager at Rivian, where Mark managed high-volume test equipment development and manufacturing solutions, and Head of Thermal Design at Fulfil, where a refrigerated storage solution was successfully prototyped. With a robust background at renowned companies such as Apple and Modine Manufacturing Company, Mark has led teams in designing innovative thermal systems, developed simulation and analysis tools, and contributed significantly to autonomous systems and energy efficiency projects. Mark holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
