We are seeking a talented, experienced Systems Engineer – RV&V Lead to help define the future of lunar surface mobility in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in using requirements database tools (e.g. DOORS, Jama, Cameo Requirements Modeler)
Demonstrated ability to create and review effective and verifiable requirements
Demonstrated experience in systems engineering processes, including requirements development, requirement allocation, interface management, change management, verification and validation
Demonstrated Systems Engineering experience across all technical disciplines of a space system
Strong understanding of fundamental test and evaluation processes
Experience with NASA or DoD systems engineering practices and expectations
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Self-motivated, focused, and driven to meet critical deadlines
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools such as Cameo or others
Experience delivering a system through the entire product lifecycle, from program kickoff through delivery
Experience creating high-quality Customer contractual deliverables
Experience with lunar rover, human spaceflight and/or autonomous software systems
