Margaux Dandrifosse

Margaux Dandrifosse is a Doctoral Candidate at the Department of Political Science at Lund University since September 2023. Previously, Margaux has served as a Research Assistant at IBEI, where involvement included the ERC funded Project "States, Nationalism, and the Relationship between Ethnic Diversity and Public Goods Provision" (ETHNICGOODS), research on third-party responses to natural resource sanctions, and assistance on the EU Jean Monnet Networks Project "The Securitization of Migrants and Ethnic Minorities and the Rise of Xenophobia in the EU" (SECUREU). Additional experience includes an internship in Counter-terrorism at UNODC, a Research Internship at the International Crisis Group, and a role as a Research Analyst & Alliance Coordinator at Genocide Watch, focusing on conflicts and human rights abuses in Guatemala and Sub-Saharan Africa. Margaux's educational background includes a Research Master's in International Studies and a Master's in International Security from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals, as well as a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Maastricht University.
