Annie Laurenson

Ms. Laurenson is an experienced Corporate Secretary with more than 20 years of experience in business administration including 12 years of experience with public companies within the mining industry. Prior to joining Lundin Ms. Laurenson was the Assistant Corporate Secretary of Bank of Montreal, and Corporate Secretary of Chieftain Metals Corp., and held progressively senior administration roles with several TSX and TSXV listed mining companies. Ms. Laurenson has been involved in all aspects of the administration of publicly listed companies including legal and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, board and committee matters, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate transactions, shareholder communications, and corporate records. Ms. Laurenson is a member of the Governance Professionals of Canada.
