Luigi Cinotti is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious kitchens. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Lungarno Collection since October 2022, Luigi has previously held positions as Sous Chef at W Rome and The Vineyard, as well as Junior Sous Chef at Pennyhill Park. Additional experience includes roles as Senior Sous Chef at Harbour Hotels Group and Senior Chef de Partie at Lime Wood, where responsibilities encompassed inventory control, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Luigi also began a career at The Savoy as Chef de Partie, focusing on special diet preparations. Luigi's educational background includes a Diploma from IPSSART, completed in July 2011.
