Jose Calle Gordo

Jose (Pepe) Calle Gordo, is an operating partner at Valiance, a venture growth investment firm in London, chairman at Highlife, a structural heart company, and board member at several MedTech companies.

Before that, he served as CEO of Biosensors International, an interventional cardiology company. Previously he held several leadership roles at Abbott Vascular and Guidant in the fields of coronary intervention, structural heart, peripheral vascular, and cardiac resynchronization therapy. Jose started his career at Eli Lilly where he held a number of commercial roles with growing responsibility in the field of cardiac rhythm management devices.
