Lynda Pettersen

Lynda Pettersen is a seasoned leader in product management with extensive experience across various roles in the tech sector. Currently serving as Global Product Director at Luno since March 2018, Lynda oversees product direction for acquisition, growth, onboarding, identity, compliance, payments, and operations, while leading a diverse team of data scientists, product managers, product designers, and UX writers. Previously, Lynda held positions at 22seven as Head of Operations and Head of Product, where responsibilities included data strategy, customer experience, product launches, and business analysis. Early career experiences at Derivco and SA Home Loans further refined Lynda's expertise in business analysis and process engineering. Lynda holds a Bachelor of Science in Astronomy from the University of South Africa and degrees in Chemistry and Education from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
