Sophie Nadolny

Sophie Nadolny is currently the Head of Customer Operations at Ancient Gaming since July 2024. Previously, Sophie has held multiple roles at Luno, starting as a Customer Service Associate and progressing to Customer Service Lead, Community Team Manager, and ultimately Customer Success Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, performance management, and process improvement. Sophie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Film Production from the University of Cape Town and AFDA School of Motion Picture Medium, respectively.
