Tiffany Oliver

Tiffany Oliver has extensive experience in customer success and training, currently serving as the Customer Success Training Team Lead at Luno since January 2019, where Tiffany has progressed through various roles, including Senior Trainer and Junior Trainer. Prior to Luno, Tiffany worked at Amazon Web Services in multiple capacities, including Recruitment Coordinator and Technical Customer Service Associate, contributing to hiring processes and assisting customers with billing and technical queries. Tiffany's career began at The Foschini Retail Group Pty Ltd as a Credit Advisor, managing customer accounts and debt inquiries. Tiffany holds a National Diploma in Public Management with a focus on Management from Milnerton High School, completed between 2008 and 2010.
