Arnabi Marjit

Arnabi Marjit has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, starting as a Manager at Tata Motors in 1996. Arnabi later held roles such as Head HR at Lupin Limited, REHAU, and Kimberly-Clark before becoming Vice President of Human Resources at Lupin in 2012. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, and championing diversity initiatives.

Arnabi Marjit completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the University of Calcutta in 1994, followed by a Master of Science in Economics at Presidency College from 1994 to 1996. In 2003, Arnabi pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) specializing in Human Resources at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, graduating in 2005. Most recently, in 2019, Arnabi obtained a certification in Intercultural/Multicultural Diversity Studies from Diversity Training University International.
