Lerato Siame has a strong background in finance, investments, and sales. Currently serving as the Head of Investments at Lupiya, Lerato provides strategic leadership for the investment division, investment product development, and growth strategy. With experience as an Acting Sales Manager and Investment Manager, Lerato has expertise in developing sales strategies and innovative investment products tailored to specific market needs. Lerato also has a history of co-founding companies and serving in leadership roles at the deVere Group. Lerato holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Lusaka and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Namibia.
