Olesya Tsuvina has extensive experience in yacht management and operations, currently holding a position in Crewing/Operations at Fr. Lürssen Werft GmbH & Co. KG since July 2014. Prior to this role, Olesya served as a Crew-Manager and also as Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung at Bremer Lloyd Group from October 2009 to June 2014. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences (2005-2009) and a professional degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from Tomsk Polytechnic University (1999-2004).
