Dr. Holger Stappert

Dr. Holger Stappert is a seasoned attorney-at-law currently serving as a partner at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH since May 2007. Prior experience includes a role as principal associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from January 2001 to April 2007, and a brief secondment at E.ON Sales & Trading GmbH. Dr. Stappert's career began as a research assistant at the Deutscher Bundestag between May 1996 and October 1998. Academically, Dr. Stappert holds a Doctorate in Law from The University of Bonn, completed in 2007, and has completed both the First and Second State Law Exams, with studies at The University of Bonn and the Oberlandesgericht Koblenz. Initial studies took place at Bielefeld University from 1989 to 1991.
