Sebastian Wuschka serves as Of Counsel at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH within the Complex Disputes practice group, with prior roles as Associate and Research Associate in the same firm. Wuschka is a Research Fellow at Université de Lausanne, contributing to the “Tax Disputes and Investment & Commercial Arbitration” research platform. Additionally, Wuschka is a Visiting Lecturer at both Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg and Ruhr-Universität Bochum, co-teaching in international investment law and offering courses in international dispute settlements.
