Geoff Schmidt

Geoff Schmidt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Marketing Analyst at Trammell Crow Company, conducting research and financial analysis for clients. From 2002 to 2006, Geoff worked as a Consultant, providing research, valuation, and financial analysis services to clients in the public and private sectors. Geoff then joined CB Richard Ellis as a Senior Reporting Analyst from 2006 to 2008, where they were responsible for generating reports and analyzing team performance.

In 2009, Geoff faced a challenging job market but used the opportunity for self-improvement and engaged in volunteer activities. Geoff then joined Robert Half Management Resources in 2011 as a Senior Financial Analyst with Salaried Professional Services, working with Providence Health & Services to improve analysis tools and processes. From 2015 to 2019, Geoff served as the Lead Senior Financial Analyst at Providence Health & Services, leading a team and enhancing forecasting, budgeting, and financial understanding in the Information Services division.

Geoff then worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at MCG Health from 2019 to 2020 and as a Senior Financial Analyst at TLA Acquisitions from 2020 to 2022. In these roles, they had finance oversight, set sales targets, and provided operational analysis for a specialty retailer and expanding e-commerce business.

Most recently, Geoff served as a Corporate Finance Consultant at Robert Half from 2022 to 2023, working on finance projects. Geoff is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Lutheran Community Services Northwest, starting in 2023.

Geoff Schmidt attended the University of Washington from 1991 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, and Philosophy.
