Wendy Patterson

Wendy Patterson is an experienced professional in performance and quality improvement within the social services sector, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Performance and Quality at Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, Inc. since March 2021. Wendy has a strong background in overseeing quality improvement processes, maintaining COA accreditation, grant compliance, and organizational risk management. Previous roles include Quality and Compliance Director at The Salvation Army, where Wendy restructured quality improvement processes for multiple programs, and Director of Quality Improvement at both Early Childhood Services and Nebraska Early Childhood Collaborative.
