Kyle Carter

Kyle Carter has over nine years of experience in the healthcare industry. Their most recent role was as the Human Resources Director at Lutheran Health Network, where they were responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating departments and the growth of a new hospital. Kyle provided guidance to leaders and employees to ensure compliance with state and joint commission regulations. Prior to that, Kyle worked as the Human Resources Director at Saber Healthcare Group for five years, where they administered payroll functions and processed time cards on a daily basis. Kyle also served as the Director of Guest Services at both Saber Healthcare Group and Covenant Care, overseeing multiple departments and ensuring full state compliance. Kyle has experience managing accounts, supervising employees, and coordinating pre-opening operations.

Kyle Carter earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Kyle attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
