Mhsa Kathy Kopka Rn

Kathy Kopka, MHSA, RN has extensive work experience in healthcare administration and nursing. Kathy began their career as the Vice President/co-Owner at Rudder Associates from October 2009 to December 2012. Kathy then went on to work at Skyline Medical Center as the Assistant Chief Nurse from July 2013 to July 2016. Following that, they worked at TriStar Skyline Medical Center as the Administrative Director of Clinical Operations from July 2016 to December 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Clinical Operations at Lutheran Health Network, starting from February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Access and Transfer at Lutheran Health Network from April 2019 to May 2022.

Kathy Kopka, MHSA, RN completed their education at several institutions throughout the years. In 2006, they attended the University of St. Francis and obtained their MHSA degree, specializing in Hospital Administration. Earlier in their career, from 1978 to 1979, Kathy studied at Wake Technical Community College, where they completed a degree in ADN (Associate Degree in Nursing). Before that, they attended Durham Technical Community College from 1976 to 1977, earning a degree as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).
