Denise Baker

Denise Baker has over two decades of experience in compensation and human resources, currently serving as the Compensation Manager at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since February 2018. Prior to this role, Denise held multiple positions at Ecumen from April 1996 to May 2017, including Senior Compensation/HR Analyst, HR and Compensation Analyst, Human Resources Generalist, and Benefits Coordinator.
