Jessica Girard

Jessica Girard is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Outreach and Engagement at both PICS (Partners in Community Supports) and Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota since January 2023. Jessica has held roles in family advocacy, outreach management, and program management in these organizations. Prior to these positions, Jessica worked as an Accountant for the City of Chanhassen, as well as in various roles including Operations & HR Business Partner and Customer Support Manager at MVTV Wireless. Jessica's earlier career includes significant experience as a Senior Court Clerk with the State of Minnesota and various positions at U.S. Bank and United Southwest Bank. Jessica holds an education from Northwest Technical College, where studies took place from 2019 to 2021.
