Rebecca Berdar

Rebecca Berdar, M.A., is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in therapeutic settings, including roles as Postdoctoral Fellow, Pre-Doctoral Intern, and Staff Therapist at Insight Behavioral Health Centers since March 2014. Since April 2013, Rebecca has also served as Counselor Case Manager and Residential Treatment Specialist at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, providing individual and group treatment for individuals with chronic mental illnesses. Previous experience includes working as a Behavioral Health Counselor at Insight Behavioral Health Centers, Psychology Extern at The Frances Xavier Warde School, and various group facilitator roles focused on social skills and emotional support for children and adolescents. Rebecca earned a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
