Debraj S. Roy

Debraj S. Roy has over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources. Debraj is currently working as the Head of HR at Lux Industries Ltd since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR at Indorama Ventures PCL from September 2021 to May 2022. From 2017 to 2021, Debraj worked at Sony, holding the position of Regional Head Human Resources, Facilities, and CSR. Before that, they were the Circle Head HR at Indus Towers Limited from September 2014 to December 2016. Debraj also gained valuable experience as the Business HR Head EAST at Abbott from April 2012 to September 2014. Debraj started their career in 2004 and has held various HR roles at Dabur India Ltd., Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Onida.
