Juan de los Reyes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beverage industry. Juan started their career at Bacardi in 2001, where they held the position of Region Manager until 2003. Juan then continued to develop their skills at Bacardi as a Field Marketing Manager from 2007 to 2012, where they managed brand strategies and media buying.
In 2012, Juan joined Allied Beverage Group as a Portfolio Manager, responsible for supplier relationships and P&L management for Bacardi, Brown-Forman, and Remy Cointreau. Juan later became the Director of Sales, leading a team of 20 Sales Reps and Field Managers and achieving a 15% revenue growth during their tenure.
Juan's role at Allied Beverage Group continued to evolve, and they eventually served as the Director of Marketing and Business Development from 2019 to 2022, and later as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Spirits until 2023.
Currently, Juan is working at Luxco, Inc. as the Division Sales Lead starting in 2024.
Juan de los Reyes holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business and Social Science, which they obtained from the University of Florida between 1994 and 1998. Juan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from Saint Peter's University, completing it between 2006 and 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications from the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America's Council for Leadership Development (CLD) and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
