Phil Verghis

Phil Verghis is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer experience and service delivery. Currently serving as Chief Customer Experience Officer at LuxCreo and holding strategic advisory roles at TSANet and Support Driven, Phil brings a wealth of knowledge to the industry. As CEO and co-founder of Klever Insight since 2012, Phil focuses on enhancing customer support strategies by listening to customers and incorporating their feedback. Phil is also a founding member of the Open Customer Metrics Framework Group, working towards creating open standards for customer service metrics. Previously, Phil held executive roles at Akamai Technologies, overseeing global operations and service delivery, and served on the board of directors at DAN Services Inc. Phil earned an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and a BS in Electrical & Computer Engineering.
