Rana Cömertpay

Rana Cömertpay is a Research Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), focusing on development economics and evaluation of development policies in Africa. With a background in economics and finance, Rana has worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Luxembourg and held various research and teaching assistant positions. Rana also has experience as a Guest Lecturer and Visiting Researcher at different academic institutions. Their educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and Master's degrees in Quantitative Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance, and Business Administration and Management.
