Franck Valencia

Franck Valencia has a diverse professional background, currently serving as the ERDF Managing Authority at the Ministry of the Economy of Luxembourg, where Franck oversees the European Regional Development Fund. In addition to their role in the public sector, Franck is also the Managing Partner of FVC Consultancy firm, offering specialized support in managing European Structural and Investment Funds. Prior to their current positions, Franck was an Associate Professor of Law at ICN Business School, teaching various law subjects including international trade, EU law, competition law, and more. Before transitioning into academia, Franck worked as a Barrister at Barreau de Nancy and held teaching positions at Faculté de Droit, Sciences économiques et Gestion de Nancy.
