Francesco Vigna is a Data Protection Officer and ELSI Associate with expertise in data protection compliance and translational research in ethical, legal, and social issues. Francesco has experience as a Research Fellow, PhD candidate, and Researcher in various organizations focusing on data protection law, health data sharing, and legal compliance in innovative technologies. With a background in Legal Science, Francesco holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Law, Science, and Technology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and has completed several high-level courses and certifications related to data protection and privacy.
