Deb Harris has over 30 years of work experience, with the majority of their employment at MEL Chemicals. At MEL Chemicals, they held various product development roles from 1990 to 2010 and then served as the Technical Manager from 2010 to 2018. Deb then joined Luxfer MEL Technologies in 2018, where they initially worked as the Compliance Manager and IP Officer until October 2018. From October 2018 to July 2021, they served as the Head of Quality and Compliance. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer First and Quality Compliance at Luxfer MEL Technologies.
Deb Harris holds a Bsc degree in Applied Chemistry with Analytical from The University of Salford. Deb also obtained a Masters in Materials Science from the University of Surrey. Prior to their higher education, they attended Worsley Wardley High School.
