Gavin Edwards

Gavin Edwards has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Gavin began their career as a Technical Manager at MEL Chemicals in 1989, where they led a team in commissioning products and equipment and optimized new processes. In 2005, they became the Plant Manager at MEL Chemicals, responsible for managing all operational aspects and ensuring financial objectives were met. In 2017, they joined Luxfer MEL Technologies as the Vice President of US Operations.

Gavin Edwards completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1991 to 1996. Gavin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Managing Chemical Technology at the University of Strathclyde from 2000 to 2003.
