Arnaud Sternchuss

Arnaud Sternchuss currently serves as Operations Director for Luxium Solutions at the Gières Site, responsible for environmental health & safety, staff management, and skill development. Previously, Arnaud held roles as Program Manager for value creation initiatives focused on EBITDA savings and profitability programs across multiple plants and as Site Manager overseeing P&L responsibilities. Prior experience includes significant positions at Saint-Gobain, ArianeGroup, and Safran, with responsibilities in project management, operational excellence, and engineering analysis. Arnaud holds degrees from ENS Paris-Saclay and CentraleSupélec, complemented by a program at the International Space University.
