Leon H. Chen

Mr. Chen joined Cary Street Partners in 2015 with 26 years of technology experience in building IT organization, providing technology services, operational efficiency and timely delivery of best technology solutions to enable business strategies.

From 2008 to 2014, Mr. Chen worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities USA, as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Technologies. He was a member of the firm’s Senior Management Committee, responsible for all aspects of the firm’s technology and office facilities services.

In 1991, Mr. Chen joined Nomura Research Institute America as a Senior Systems Administrator. In 1993, he joined Nomura Securities International, Inc. as Head of Nomura America’s Technology Infrastructure and Technical Support Services, and as a Senior Member of Nomura’s Global Technology Infrastructure Management Committee. Mr. Chen worked as an Independent Consultant between 1988 and 1991, providing technology consulting services to various business, educational and cultural organizations.
