Nena Chaletzos

Nena Chaletzos has been in the HR industry since 1997. Nena began their career as Training Manager at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where they worked closely with the senior leadership team and provided training services and achievement of IIP accreditation. Nena then moved on to Compass Group UK & Ireland as Head of Learning and Development, where they were responsible for a standardised training framework and programme for all brands across the UK. In 2001, Nena took on the role of Senior HR Manager at Woolworths, acting as a business partner to senior regional managers and developing and implementing the HR business plan. In 2004, they joined Britannia Building Society as a Consultant - Transformation and change. In 2006, Nena took on the role of Change & People Consultant - Technology & Innovations at NYSE Euronext, where they were responsible for influencing the strategy within the business units and steering its implementation. In 2008, they held two roles, HR Director at Warnaco and HR Consultant at International Alert. Nena has been the CEO of Luxtripper since 2013, one of the UK’s fastest-growing travel companies. Nena has grown the business by more than 100% year on year since 2015, supported by a talented and growing team.

Nena Chaletzos completed a Professional Study in Talent Development from Gallup University in 2010 and a CIPD in Core Management from Malpas in 2004.
