Silvana Leasi

Silvana Leasi currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Luzerner Kantonalbank since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Grossstadträtin at Stadt Luzern from March 2022 to January 2024 and several leadership positions at Emmi Group, including Global Head of Organizational Excellence, Global Head of New Business and Innovation, and Global Head of Market Insight from March 2014 to September 2023. Earlier, Silvana Leasi worked at GfK as a Senior Research Consultant, focusing on health and both qualitative and quantitative research from July 2008 to February 2014, following a position as a Research Consultant specializing in quantitative research. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Psychopathology from the University of Bern, an Executive MBA from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, and a diploma in Marketing Management.
