Nancy Mwabili

Nancy Mwabili, ACC, currently serves as the HR Leader at LVCT HEALTH since March 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include HR Leader at the Christian Health Association of Kenya, and A. Director of HR and Administration Division at the Universities Fund Kenya. Nancy has also worked as an HR Leader, Coach, and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner while self-employed at Mycoachafrica. Notably, a former Chief Human Resources Officer at The Nairobi Women's Hospital Group, Nancy holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Pan Africa Christian University, an MBA from the University of the Free State, a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Nairobi. Academic qualifications include KCSE from Alliance Girls, completed in 1991.
