Julia Akoun

Julia Akoun currently serves as the Head of Compensation & Benefits EMEA and Group Projects at LVMH since December 2025. Prior to this role, Julia led Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling at RIMOWA (part of the LVMH Group) from October 2022 to December 2025, managing initiatives across 23 countries. Julia's extensive experience also includes leading Compensation and Benefits at RTL Group, overseeing HR reporting for 16,000 employees across 30 countries, and managing international mobility and compensation strategies at Samvardhana Motherson Reydel Companies. Julia's earlier roles at Kering involved developing international mobility policies and implementing HR information systems, while initial experiences included work at Logix and Philip Morris International focused on HR administration, compensation analysis, and labor law. Julia holds a Master 2 in Human Resources from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master 1 in Law (Labour Law) from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
