Winnie Chu

Winnie Chu is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the executive search and recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for North Asia at LVMH Group since 2013, Winnie oversees strategic talent sourcing and acquisition, executive search management, and vendor management across the Greater China and Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Winnie worked at Russell Reynolds Associates from 2003 to 2013 as a Consultant in Consumer, managing senior executive searches across various industries including consumer products, hospitality, and retail. Earlier in the career, Winnie held research-related positions at Boyden Global Executive Search, Strategic Executive Search (SES) Group, and began the path in the field with a foundational education from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Varndean College in the United Kingdom.
