Matt Furness

Matt Furness, EIT, is a project manager and dimensional control specialist at LW Survey Company, involved in the Kitimat LNG export facility since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a surveying technician for the Site C Hydro Dam Project at Underhill Geomatics Ltd. and field roles at Tower Arctic Ltd. during the Clyde River Airport Rehabilitation. Additional experience encompasses positions as a geotechnical field engineer and land surveyor at Canadrill Ltd., a laborer at Texcon Concrete, Inc., and a construction laborer at Atlantic Underground Services Ltd. Matt Furness holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Geodesy and Geomatics Cadastral Surveying Option from the University of New Brunswick, completed in 2021.
