Dave Cole

Dave Cole has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at LWC Drinks since September 2017, overseeing HR functions, payroll, pensions, and governance. Prior to this role, Dave was the Group HR Manager at Andrew Page Ltd, managing HR, payroll, fleet, facilities, and health and safety from February 2013 to September 2017. Dave also worked as a Lead Employment Law Consultant at Peninsula Business Services, advising major UK companies across various sectors from May 2008 to February 2013. Additional roles include Learning & Development Manager at Enterprise Plc and a decade of experience with United Utilities in organizational development and change management. Dave's career began with the Department for Work and Pensions as a Local Officer. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Bolton.
