Assem Younes

Assem Younes is an experienced business leader with a robust background in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Support Business Unit at Robusta Technology Group since March 2024, Assem is responsible for managing technical support operations and designing scalable processes. Previously at LXT, Assem orchestrated over 300 independent projects and managed global operations, overseeing more than 1,500 projects and 35,000 indirect employees with significant budget responsibilities. As co-founder and Country Manager of Exafy, Assem led multiple teams, built strategic partnerships with market leaders, and contributed to major technology events in Egypt. Prior roles include expertise in operations at 004 GmbH and project management at Jumia Group. Assem holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Misr University for Science and Technology.
