Yinghua (Shelly) X. is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in antibody discovery and phage display technologies. At Lycia Therapeutics, serving as Scientist II since November 2024, Yinghua focuses on key scientific projects. Previously, Yinghua held the same title at Synthekine from February 2023 to September 2024, leading Llama immunization campaigns and phage display projects. Prior roles include Associate Scientist at Harpoon Therapeutics, where Yinghua managed phage display and cloning teams, and Senior Research Associate, leading CAR-T program initiatives. Earlier experience includes life science research at Stanford University, a research assistant position at the University of Kansas Medical Center, and graduate research at the University of Kansas, culminating in a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering.
