Stacey Woods, HRIP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Lydian Energy and as Managing Partner & Founder at UTurn Consulting. With an extensive background in human resources leadership, Stacey has held key positions at notable companies including XPO, Spectrum, and Wells Fargo, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, technology systems, and integration management. Recognized for significant achievements, Stacey played a pivotal role in the HR tasks for the GXO Logistics spinoff and established the first Global HR Technology function supporting multiple countries.
